THE FOUNDER
Meet Dr. Ebere Nzewuji
Dr. Ebere Nzewuji is an internationally acclaimed specialist at the intersection of media, public relations, communications, and investment promotion. With decades of experience shaping narratives that move capital and influence policy, he founded Rosera Capital Investments Ltd. to solve a problem he had witnessed first-hand: Africa has world-class projects and under-capitalised potential; and the world has capital looking for exactly what Africa offers.
Dr. Nzewuji brings to Rosera a rare combination: the storyteller’s instinct, the deal-maker’s discipline, and the reformer’s patience. He has worked with governments, international institutions, and private sector leaders across Nigeria, Africa, Europe, and the global diaspora.
Rosera is his most personal work; a firm named for his mother, built on his convictions, and dedicated to the Africa he believes in.
